How do I change the payment method on my autoship?

You can change your payment method by logging into your online account, or by contacting customer support.

To change the payment method of your autoship, please login to your account at On the homepage, click on the “my account” link in the red bar across the top of the page.

On the left-hand side of the page, you will see a few links. Click on the link that says “My Payment Methods.”

Click on the "add payment method" button and add your new payment method. You will want to set your new payment method to default, and delete your old credit card.

Once your new payment method has been added to your account, click on the "Autoship Schedules" link on the left hand side of the page.

You will then see your autoship schedule. Once open, click the drop down menu under "payment method" and select the payment method you most recently added.

If you want your autoship order to be placed ASAP, then be sure to change the next ship day to the next business day. For example, if today is Monday, September 14th, 2020, then you will want to set the next ship date to Tuesday, September 15th, 2020.

You do not need to press enter or any confirmation. Your changes will be automatically made.
